Tellurian is an EP comprised of a few tracks I’ve been working on over the past few months.

I initially wanted my first release with this project to be a full-length album but writing it has been a somewhat grueling process with a lot of set-backs.

Since one of my new year’s resolutions is to release more music, and try to be less of a perfectionist to the point where it halts me releasing anything for long periods, I thought releasing a small EP of somewhat varied progressive metal would be the perfect thing to start 2018 off in a good way for myself, whilst also letting you guys get a better idea of what you can expect from a full-length album.

It also encapsulates the DIY ethos that I’m going for with this project, since Libera Scientia is all about bettering myself as a musician, producer and artist. All of the music you’re hearing is written by myself, almost all of the artwork was done by myself, and all recording/mixing/mastering was handled by yours truly, also.

I thoroughly feel like I’ve gotten so much better in all aspects of my creative activity since I started this project and I hope it continues throughout 2018.

I genuinely hope you all enjoy listening to this EP as much as I’ve enjoyed making it.
